The CAM Portal May 2022 release (latest)

Highlights:

New & updated:

  • Dashboards (Interactive Consoles):

    • Calculated Risk score for a Service.

    • Calculated Complexity score for a Service.

    • Completeness score per service:

      • Record per service, Risk & Complexity factors, and aggregated results.

    • Migration Waves:

      • Provide Migration Wave assignment for a Service.

      • Display and Update Service Listing & Overview to Support assigned Service Wave.

  • Data Enrichment

    • Collect Public End of Support data for OS & MSQL.

    • PaaS reference data.

    • FX reference rates data.

  • Cloud Portal UI:

    • Extend Service Review State, which allows the users to approve services that trigger migration processing.

  • Replace the 'Retain' recommendation label with 'Research;' in all migration rules.

  • Reporting REST APIs.

Fixed Issues:

  • Sub-Query in Risk score was causing the error.

  • SQL Consumer was using too many connections.

 

The CAM Portal March 2022 release

Highlights:

Fixed Issues:

  • On scope creation, both Hostname and IP address were mandatory fields.

  • Create Credential Domain Field was not usable.

  • The progress bar behaved in a strange way when you had only the wrong hostname on the scan job.

  • WebSocket client exception causing loss of messages.

  • API Error Log Not Filtered.

  • SQLConsumer restarted actor on some messages.

  • Fixed missing validation on the "Hostname" field from the "Edit IP list" modal.

 

The CAM Portal February 2022 release

Highlights:

New & updated:

  • "Unable to gather Unique Identifier" enabling on the scan configuration page.

  • Improved diagnostic information in scan status for scan jobs.

Fixed Issues:

  • Resolved issue where the domain field was not available for the windows credentials.

  • Fixed the issue where the Update user info and User preferences called pop-up modals that could not be closed by clicking outside the modals.

  • Resolved the server’s memory metrics label translation.

  • Fixed the issue where "No Data" was displayed in the Public cloud alternatives section of the Cost Tab page. When the region was not added to default regions.

  • Fixed the issue related to Cost, where Azure regions were displayed in the Public cloud alternatives section after a reload of the page.

  • Resolved the issue where we could not remove Cloud Providers from User Preferences.

  • Fixed issue where uploading file with IPs to create scope was failing due to parsing issues.

  • Cost - Stabilized listing of default regions, while adding/removing regions to/from the default region list.

Other Cost related fixes

  • Fixed issue with the opening of the user preferences modal for the first time after the login, it opened and then was getting closed automatically.

  • Resolved issue related to, clicking on update preferences on user preferences modal after making changes and saving them on the cloud provider and regions selections cause the values of cloud provider and regions to be reverted to previous values.

  • Resolved cache persistence issue of the cost data after re-logging. The cost was not wiped as expected and it remains cached.

  • Resolved the issue where the API fetching the cost (for example using a region that is not public) returned an error but the previously calculated cost remains visible on the Cost tab.
